All those substances which are necessary for the operation and performance of various biological activities towards the organisms. Nutrition to develop towards the body and Nutrient specific functional response. Whereby the food received in the body and intended to nourish the proper physiological functions related to the body. There are 4 types of nutrients.

Nutrients that help to carry genetic properties from one generation (nucleic acid). Nutrients are important for physical development, functioning, immunity of the body, to heal the broken body all living beings.
